Enduser Agreement

Dear user, welcome to the services provided by Chuan OptoElectronics Limited ("Chuan" or "we" or "us" or "our"). Before using, please read the following terms of service. Your use of this application indicates your acceptance of this agreement, which has legal effect. Please pay special attention to clauses that exempt or limit Chuan's liability. 1.Acceptance Of The Agreement

By accessing or using this application, users agree to accept all terms and conditions of this agreement.

2.Updates to this Agreement

Chuan reserves the right to modify the terms of service when necessary. Once the terms are changed, the modifications will be prominently posted on important pages. If users do not agree with the modified content, they may choose to forfeit the information services provided by this application. If users continue to enjoy the information services of this application, it will be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms of service. This application reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notifying users. The application's exercise of the right to modify or discontinue services shall not be responsible to users or third parties.

3.Protection of the User’s Personal Information

Protecting user personal information and privacy is one of Chuan's fundamental principles. Chuan collects, uses, and processes your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. Chuan employs various security technologies and procedures to establish a comprehensive management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Without your consent, Chuan will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside of Chuan, except as required by laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Chuan OptoElectronics Limited, you are not granted any rights to use any intellectual property of Fit Monster. You warrant, represent, and undertake that you respect the intellectual property rights of Chuan. You shall not, on your own behalf or through any third party, nor shall you approve or acquiesce to any third party, apply for trademarks, domain names, wireless sites, Internet search terms, or any trade names, service marks that are similar to those of Chuan or Fit Monster, for any marketing, advertising, promotion, or other purposes in any jurisdiction or in any manner. In the event of such occurrence, you shall transfer all related rights to Chuan at your expense. You shall bear all losses incurred by Chuan due to your violation of the terms herein.

Privacy Policy

"Fit Monster" ("we") is operated by Chuan OptoElectronics Limited, providing lighting control products. We highly value user privacy and strictly adhere to relevant legal regulations. Please carefully read our 《Privacy Policy》 before continuing to use our services. In order to provide necessary services during your use, we may need you to provide some data; otherwise, we will be unable to offer effective services. We will make every effort to ensure that the information we collect remains private. By continuing to use our services, you indicate that you have fully read and understood all aspects of our policies.

1.Collection of Information

We collect personal information that you provide. When you submit information, register as a user, or contact us in other ways, we may collect data, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and information related to your represented business. In all such cases, you will be fully aware that you are actively submitting this data to us through the website.

We collect non-personal information from website visitors. Non-personal information pertains to details about you that do not individually identify your identity, such as information about your internet connection, devices used to access our website, and usage details.

To manage your smart fitness devices, we need to collect your device identifier (MAC address), device hardware information, device usage information, basic system information, and network information. The purpose of collecting such information is to establish Bluetooth connections, manage device configurations, complete software upgrades, and display data sources.

2.Use of Information

We only use your personal information for the following purposes: (1) operating the service, (2) account verification, (3) fulfilling product and service requirements, (4) improving and optimizing the application. We will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third parties.

We may use non-personally identifiable information for the following purposes: (1) to analyze trends and resource usage through aggregated data; (2) to improve the functionality and features of our services; (3) to better understand your needs and interests, and (4) Better understanding of end-user needs and interests.

3.Disclosure of Information

in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and national standards, in the following circumstances, we may publicly disclose personal information without prior consent of the subject of personal information:

a) When it relates to our obligations pursuant to any relevant laws and regulations;

b) When it is directly related to national security or national defense;

d) When it is directly related to a criminal investigation, prosecution, trial or execution of judgments;

e) When it is for protecting vital legitimate interests of you or of other individuals, such as right of life, property, and reputation, while it’s difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;

g) When the personal information is collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, etc.

4. Information Storage and Exchange

We will act in accordance with laws and regulations and store personal information collected within the territory in China.We will strictly abide by the law when your personal information is transferred from a mainland China storage location to an overseas storage location.

5.Account Register, Login, and Logout

When you use the Fit Monster App, you can register and log in using your mobile number or email. After setting a password, you can log in using it. You can also choose to fill in your profile with your avatar, nickname, gender, birthday, region, and personal introduction based on your needs.

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so by navigating to [Me] – [Account and Security] – [Delete Account]. Once your account is deleted, we will delete your personal information and data. Please proceed with caution.

6.App Privacy Permissions

Storage Permission: When you use features such as modifying your avatar, you can choose to grant this permission to read or write application usage information and image data. If you do not need to use such services, you can disable this permission at any time without affecting the use of other services.

Camera Permission: When you use the feature to take a photo to modify your avatar, we need to request and obtain this permission to complete the photo shooting. If you do not need to use such services, you can disable this permission at any time without affecting the use of other services.

Location Permission: When you use functions such as Bluetooth pairing, we need to request and obtain this permission to complete the pairing of Bluetooth devices. If you do not agree to this permission, it may affect the normal use of Fit Monster.

You can manage your system permissions by accessing system settings at any time.

7.Changes To Our Privacy Policy

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. We encourage you to periodically check back and review this policy so that you always will know our current privacy practices. We have the final interpretation of the above terms.
