Enduser Agreement

Welcome to use GameFits and relevant services of Chuan OptoElectronics Limited (“Chuan” “we,” “us,” or “our”).You must read and comply with the Enduser Agreement and Privacy Policy to use GameFits. Your use and other similar acts shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by the Agreement. These Terms and Conditions are a binding legal agreement, please carefully read and fully understand the content of each term, in particular the terms with respect to exemption or limitation of liability. 1.Acceptance Of The Agreement

Your use and other similar acts shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by the Agreement.

2.Updates to this Agreement

We may revise or otherwise change or update this Agreement. Changes will become effective immediately after they are posted. We encourage you to periodically review this Agreement to see if there have been any changes that may affect you. If you do not agree to this Agreement as modified, then you must discontinue your use of the App. Your continued use of a App will signify your continued agreement to this Agreement as it may be revised from time to time.

In order to manage your smart sports device, we collect your device identifier (MAC address), device hardware information, device usage information,Sensor information, system basic information and network information. The purpose of collecting this information is to establish a Bluetooth connection, manage device configuration, complete software upgrades, and display data sources.

To identify your device, prevent malicious programs and anti-cheating, improve service security, and ensure the quality and efficiency of operations, we will collect your device information (including IMEI, device serial number, OAID, MEID, AndroidID, IMSI, GUID, MAC address, SIM card serial number), installed APP information or process information.

5. Account registration, login and deregistration

When you use GameFits, you can register and log in by mobile phone number or email address. After completing the password, you can log in by password. You can also choose to fill in the avatar, nickname, gender, birthday, region and personal introduction to complete your information according to your needs.

If you want to cancel your account, you can cancel your account through "Information"-"Delete ID". After you cancel your account, we will delete your personal information and data, please operate with caution.

6. Application privacy permissions

Storage permissions: When you use functions such as modifying avatars, you can choose to enable this permission to read or write application usage information and image data. If you do not need to use such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Camera permissions: When you use the function of modifying avatars by taking photos, we need to apply for and obtain this permission from you in order to complete the picture shooting. If you do not need to use such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Location permissions: When you use functions such as Bluetooth pairing, we need to apply for and obtain this permission from you in order to complete the pairing of Bluetooth devices. If you do not agree to this permission, this may affect the normal use of GameFits.

You can visit the system settings at any time to manage your system permissions.
